Are employers required to provide drinking water?
Yes, the employer must provide wholesome drinking water. The employer may provide bottled water or water in containers that can be dispensed in such a way that it will not be contaminated. Water supplied from bathrooms is NOT acceptable. SHAW Act, Section 57
