Yes, you can claim old age contributory pension while you are still working. The regulation does not prohibit employed persons who have reached pensionable age from applying for their pension. You should submit your old age contributory claim to the National Insurance Office within three months of reaching the pensionable age. If your claim is late you may lose part of your pension.
