This role involves ensuring the availability of spare parts, coordinating service requests, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and customers. The Spare Part & Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely delivery of spare parts and efficient service support.
