SPARE PARTS COORDINATOR
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
• Assist in researching suppliers/vendors and negotiating prices.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary spare parts in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify spare part needs and prioritize orders.
• Implement and maintain efficient storage and retrieval systems for spare parts inventory.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Generate reports on spare parts usage, inventory levels, and procurement activities.

Required Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:

• Associate’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred
  Engineering or technical background would be an asset
• Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of spare parts and components used in machinery and equipment. Light goods manual license
