Starcom Network Inc is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the post of:

PROMOTIONS OFFICER

The successful candidate will report directly to the Advertising Manager. The major scope of responsibility will be to oversee both STARCOM Network and external clients’ promotions and company events with a focus on maintaining the media brands of Starcom Network Inc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate advertising partnerships and stakeholders’ activities with corporate clients, promoters and third party agencies.

• Lead in identifying, developing and managing new and existing promotions and events (internal and external).
• Develop proposals to attract promotional partners.
• Manage internal promotion activities.

Qualifications, Experience and Desired Competencies:

• A Bachelor’s in Marketing or in a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years or relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• The ability to oversee and develop promotion materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer literacy.
• Possess own transportation.
