Insurance Officer IV

Job Summary

The Insurance Officer IV is mainly responsible for performing clerical duties such as the registration of customers, responding to customer queries, processing claims and providing support to tribunals.

Requirements

• At least four CXC subjects at general proficiency level, including English Language

Skills and other attributes desired

• A basic knowledge of the National Insurance and Social Security Act, the Severance Payments Act and other legislation, rules and policies under which the organization functions.
• Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
