We are seeking an experienced and committed individual to be part of our team as:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, selection, training and on- boarding activities; providing support to Managers on candidate selection
- Assist in planning, monitoring and managing the performance management process for staff across the branches to ensure performance results meet expected standards.
- Assist with the development and delivery of internal training programmes.
Maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Preparation of employee contracts; employment policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
- Assist in the development of employee incentive programmes.
- Assist in managing health and safety, quality control; incident/ accident reporting.
Required Qualifications, Competencies and Skills:
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking and planning skills.
- Highly pro- active.
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
- BSc in Human Resource Management or a related discipline and a Minimum of three (3) years’ experience.
