The Human Resource Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) is the leading advocate of the human resource profession in Barbados. HRMAB members comprise individuals who have worked and/or studied the related disciplines of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour, Psychology and Behavioural Sciences.
